SMID Value Resurgence?

Tracking the relative strength (RS) scores of equity styles to the S&P 500 over the last 6 months reveals a noticeable shift. The positive trend in RS scores for small/mid cap value are leading some to wonder is small/mid value resurging and should we expect strong performance going forward.
